William "Billo" Rees was a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1920s and '30s playing club level rugby union for Amman United RFC, and playing representative level rugby league for Great Britain, and Wales, and at club level for Swinton, as a Stand-off/Five-eighth, or Scrum-half/Halfback, i.e. number 6, or 7.
