Who is Wilson Muruuli Mukasa?
Wilson Muluuri Mukasa is a Ugandan politician. He is the current Minister for Security in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011. He replaced Amama Mbabazi, who was appointed Prime Minister of Uganda. Muluri Mukasa also serves as the Member of Parliament for "Budyebo County", Nakasongola District.
