Who is A R Narayanan?

A R Narayanan acted as personal assistant to Sahodaran Ayyappan when the latter was a minister in Kerala, India.

Narayanan was an alumnus of Presidency College with a masters in English. He hailed from Muttichur village in Thrissur District. Although he was from an aristocratic background from Arakkal clan, he was deeply influenced by the various social reformers of his era and donated most his land among the poor in his village. He worked with the Police department in Kerala. He is survived by his daughters Mini Manoharan
