Who was Ahmad bey Javanshir?
Ahmad bey Jafargulu bey oglu Javanshir was an Azerbaijani historian and military personality. He was the great-grandnephew of Ibrahim Khalil Khan, the last ruling khan of Karabakh, and the father of philanthropist and feminist Hamida Javanshir.
