Who is Ahmed El-Shenawy?

Ahmed El-Shenawy is an Egyptian Footballer who plays for Egyptian Premier League side Al-Masry as a goalkeeper. He won the best goalkeeper award in 2011 African Youth Championship along with the bronze medal and the fair play award. More recently he has been called up to represent the Egyptian senior team and he has 12 International Caps as of November 2013. After Al-Masry decided not to participate in season 2012-2013 sympathizing with the relatives of the martyrs of Port Said Stadium disaster, El-Shenawy was loaned to Egyptian giant Zamalek SC for one season.
