Who is Andre Vltchek?

André Vltchek is a radical public intellectual, philosopher, revolutionary novelist, investigative journalist, filmmaker and playwright. For the past two decades he has been uncovering the plight of the oppressed and colonized peoples all over the world. He has covered dozens of war zones and conflicts he believes are provoked by the "Empire", such as those in Bosnia, Ukraine, Peru, Sri Lanka, Timor Leste, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. After living for many years in Latin America and Oceania, Vltchek presently resides and works in Asia and Africa.
