Who is Anjani Kumar Sharma?
Dr Anjani Kumar Sharma is Nepal's first general surgeon. He was born on June 8, 1933 in the town of Bhalwai in the Terai region of Nepal. Having lost his mother at a very young age he was inspired to become a doctor. With the help of his father and uncle he achieved his dreams and became Nepal's first general surgeon and oncologist.
Sharma has his own hospital in Katmandu..
