Who is Anson Chan?
Anson Maria Elizabeth Chan Fang On-sang, GBM, GCMG, CBE, JP is the former Chief Secretary in both the British colonial government of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government under the Chinese rule. She was also an elected member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong for Hong Kong Island between 2007 and 2008.
