Who is Blue Teramoto?

As co-founder and COO of SelectMinds, Blue Teramoto is responsible

for the company’s operational effectiveness and plays a key role in the

development of its strategic direction. In this capacity, Blue

spearheads the evolution of SelectMinds’ product and service offering

in anticipation of clients’ evolving needs.

Prior to launching SelectMinds, Blue worked with the international

strategy consulting firm Farmer Company, based in New York and

London. Blue also served as an associate at Robertson, Stephens and

Company, an international investment banking firm focused on emerging

growth companies. While there, Blue assisted high-growth companies with

positioning and capital transactions, and, in their Health Services

Group, he participated in and managed IPOs, MA and Private

Placements of both debt and equity securities. Blue received a BA in

Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
