Who is Brandon Phelps?
Brandon Phelps is a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 118th District since he was first sworn into office in January 2003, which includes the Southern Illinois counties of Alexander, Pulaski, Massac, Pope, Hardin, Johnson, Saline, Galatin with parts of Union County, Jackson County and Hamilton County.
Phelps is the nephew of former U.S. Representative David D. Phelps.
