Brian McAndrews

Who is Brian McAndrews?

Brian P. McAndrews has served as our Chief Executive Officer and a

Director since September 1999 and as our President since January 2000.

From July 1990 to September 1999, Mr. McAndrews worked for ABC, Inc., a

broadcasting and communications company, holding executive positions at

ABC Sports, ABC Entertainment and ABC Television Network; most recently

he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of ABC Sports.

From 1984 to 1989, Mr. McAndrews served as a product manager for General

Mills, Inc., a consumer products manufacturer. Mr. McAndrews also serves

as a Director for Fisher Communications, Inc., a communications company

operating television and radio stations in the Pacific Northwest, for

Blue Nile, Inc., an online jewelry retailer, for the Advertising

Research Foundation, for WhitePages.com, Inc., and for the

Seattle-Northwest chapter of the National Association of Corporate

Directors (NACD). Brian holds an MBA degree from Stanford University and

a BA degree from Harvard University.
