Who is Brook Barrington?
Dr. Brook Barrington is the Deputy Secretary and Deputy CEO of the Ministry of Justice. He is a former New Zealand ambassador to Thailand, and former Deputy Secretary for Policy and Planning at the Ministry of Defence.
Dr Barrington's ambassadorship came on the eve of 50 years of diplomatic relations between New Zealand and Thailand and is seen as a means to advance both strategic and economic partnerships. He lives with his wife Gill Barrington in Wellington and they have three children.
