Who is Brooks Orpik?
Richard Brooks Orpik is an American former professional ice hockey defenseman, and was an alternate captain for the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League. His brother, Andrew, was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres and finished his professional career with the Pittsburgh Penguins organization. Orpik won two Stanley Cups during his career -the first in 2009 with Pittsburgh and the other with the Washington Capitals in 2018.
Currently, he works in player development for the Washington Capitals organization and is also an assistant coach with the Boston College Eagles.
