Bruce Hachtmann

Who is Bruce Hachtmann?

Mr. Hachtmann is Miasolé's Vice President of Engineering. He has over

20 years of management experience in key leadership positions

in both high volume high technology operations and engineering

roles. Mr.

Hachtman joined Miasolé in

November 2005, from MMC Technology were he was Sr. Vice

President/COO,

Media Operations. He was

responsible for managing the start-up and successful ramp-up of the

MMC Technology media operations. Under his leadership MMC

Technology ramped

production to over eight million disks per quarter, making MMC

Technology the

fourth largest media supplier in the world. Prior to MMC, Mr. Hachtmann

served as Senior Engineer for IBM, where he was responsible for

managing IBM's worldwide disk technology integration from product

inception through drive qualification. He managed IBM's entry

into the OEM market media. Prior to his OEM activity he

managed IBM's large form factor disk engineering, both process and

equipment. For this activity he was awarded the IBM

outstanding achievement award.

Mr. Hachtmann holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from

California Polytechnic State University, a M.S. in Mechanical

Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Santa Clara

University. Mr. Hachtmann holds three published patents and

various others in process.
