Who is Bryan B. Rutberg?

Bryan is the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Rutberg

Company, LLC, a globally renowned investment bank focused

exclusively on the wireless and digital media sectors. The firm

provides merger and acquisition and financial advisory services to both

public and private companies and is widely regarded as a thought leader

in its areas of focus. Rutberg Company also hosts the Rutberg

Company Wireless Influencers conference series, which is regarded

as one of the industry's most important, invitation-only strategy

events.

Previously, Rutberg was executive director and head of domestic

Internet investment banking at UBS Warburg. Prior to UBS Warburg, he

was a founding member of both the East Coast and European technology

investment banking teams at Montgomery Securities.
