Who is Bryan Norcross?
Bryan Norcross is a television meteorologist and hurricane specialist in the United States. He currently works for The Weather Channel, and previously was a meteorologist for WFOR-TV and the chief hurricane analyst for CBS News in New York.
During the 1990s, Norcross became a regular fixture on CBS's national newscasts during hurricane season. In June 2008, Norcross opted not to renew his contract with WFOR in order to devote more time to America's Emergency Network, a private company he formed with Max Mayfield, former director of the National Hurricane Center. A resident of Miami Beach, Norcross has lived in Florida for most of his life.
