Who is Bryce Ives?

Bryce Ives is a theatre director, commentator and media producer.

As a theatre director Ives has developed and directed new musical works including Margaret Fulton Queen of the Dessert by Doug MacLeod, Chants Des Catacombes, Call Girl the Musical by Tracy Harvey and Doug MacLeod,. Ives is the Artistic Director of Present Tense.

Ives has made a significant contribution to youth generated media in Australia, as a former Executive Producer of the ABC Radio project Heywire and former General Manager and President of the Student Youth Network in Melbourne.

Ives is the facilitator of the annual ABC Radio Heywire Summitt in Canberra at the Australian Institute of Sport. The five day Forum focuses on communication and leadership skills as well as understanding the processes of government.

In 2002 Ives was named Young Citizen of the Year for the City of Ballarat
