Carlos Armando Biebrich Torres is a Mexican politician who was the youngest Governor of the Mexican State of Sonora from 1973 to 1975 and twice Federal Congressman during the XLVII and LX Mexican legislature.
He lives in the capital city of Hermosillo, Sonora and travels often to his hometown of Sahuaripa, located in the central mountainous terrain of the State where he has many friends and relatives. In 2006 he was elected Federal Congressman representing the district where his hometown is located.
