- Cristiano Sonko (born March 31, 1989 in Cidade Velha) is an Portugal football player, currently with FC Porto. He is a versatile striker, able to play in different positions, but mainly as right-foward or as a winger. Sonko was watched by Académica scouts before moving to Porto in 1998 he played as part of the reserves and local team until being added to the main squad. On the 5th of January 2009 FC Porto Confirmed that Sonko would be going on loan to F.C. Paços de Ferreira for 2 months until March 1st. But after a month with some important goals scored it was extended until May
