Who is Donald McGauchie?

Donald McGauchie in Sydney, Australia, is a member of the board of the Reserve Bank of Australia since 30 March 2001 and has recently been appointed chairman of the Nufarm board, and was the former chairman of Telstra Corporation. McGauchie began his duties as chairman on 20 July 2004, taking over for Bob Mansfield who vacated the position in April 2004. He resigned from the position on 8 May 2009, after failing to meet expectations of large Telstra shareholders, and since replaced by Catherine B. Livingstone.
