Who is Donato Bilancia?
Donato "Walter" Bilancia is a serial killer who murdered 17 people – nine women and eight men – on the Italian Riviera in the seven months from October, 1997 to May, 1998. He was sentenced to 13 terms of life imprisonment, with no possibility of release.
