Donna Sytsma

Who is Donna Sytsma?

As Vice President of Professional Services, Donna is responsible for

managing the day–to–day operations and delivery of Ketera’s solutions

across the customer base. She has more than 10 years of experience

delivering large scale enterprise software systems.

Donna joined Ketera in January 2003 and

has contributed in several key areas of the business including

delivering professional services, driving sales, influencing product

strategy and leading support. Prior to joining Ketera, she gained

extensive leadership and professional services experience through

services management roles at IBM and Accenture.

Donna holds a bachelor’s of science

degree in Management of Information Systems from the Illinois Institute

of Technology.
