Who is Dontsova D.?
Darya Dontsova – is a Russian writer of detective novels. She produced several dozen such commercially successful books and also cookery books and three autobiographies. She is a member of the Union of Russian Writers.
Dontsova was born on June 7, 1952 in Moscow. Graduated the MSU Faculty of Journalism, speaks German and French. Has two children.
Dontsova is a very popular writer especially among Russian women, being voted in the top 100 of Russia's elite in polls commissioned by Kommersant in 2003 and 2007. She has won numerous literary prizes and nominations.
