Who is Doug Hamilton?
Douglas Hamilton is a Canadian rower. He won a bronze medal in the Quadruple Sculls event at the 1984 Summer Olympics. He also competed in the same event at the 1988 Summer Olympics, finishing in 9th place. In 1985 his quad crew won gold at the World's, held in Belgium. He married Lynn Polson and is father to NHL hockey players Dougie Hamilton of the Boston Bruins and Freddie Hamilton of the San Jose Sharks.
