Douglas Dean Nygren, is a fish and wildlife conservationist in the United States.
He served as President of the Kansas Chapter of the American Fisheries Society in 1988, past Chairman of the Mississippi Interstate Cooperative Resource Association from 2004–2005, and current Fisheries Chief of the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks.
