Who is Elmer A. Lampe?

Elmer Andrew Lampe was an American football player and coach of football and basketball. He served as the head football coach at Carleton College from 1932 to 1933 and at Carroll College—now Carroll University—in Waukesha, Wisconsin from 1934 to 1937. Lampe was also the head basketball coach at the University of Georgia from 1938 to 1946 and at Dartmouth College from 1946 to 1950, tally a career college basketball mark of 123–136.
