Who was Eugene M. Locke?
Eugene Murphy Locke was an American lawyer from Dallas, Texas and ambassador.
Locke was the son of the founder of the prominent Locke and Locke law firm in Dallas. Eugene received his law degree from Yale Law School in 1940 and served in the Solomon Islands in the Navy during World War II, before becoming a successful attorney in the Dallas area.
