Who is Felipe França Silva?
Felipe Alves França da Silva is a breaststroke swimmer from Brazil, who competed for his country at the 2008 Olympics.
He started in Esporte Clube União Suzano, at three years old. At age 13, he was champion in Brazilian Children category II. After passing through the academy Gustavo Borges in Curitiba, France moved to the capital, São Paulo, and entered the Esporte Clube Pinheiros.
