Who is Felix Vasquez?
Felix Vasquez is a citizen of New York City, and an New York City Housing Authority employee.
Vasquez was awarded New York's Bronze Medallion for his actions on December 15, 2005 when he caught a three-week old baby which was thrown to him from a burning third-floor Bronx apartment by his mother. Vasquez also performed CPR to resuscitate the child. The event was caught on video and Vasquez was interviewed on many different TV news programs.
