Who is Fidel Manrique?
Fidel Manrique is a Spanish anarcho-syndicalist. He is the current general secretary of the Confederación Nacional del Trabajo, the Spanish anarcho-syndicalist labor union, a position he has held since July 21, 2007. He is from the local federation of Torrelavega, Cantabria, so that city is now the seat of the CNT.
