Francesco Dall'Olio is an Italian former volleyball player who competed in the 1976 Summer Olympics, in the 1980 Summer Olympics, and in the 1984 Summer Olympics.
He was born in Modena.
In 1976 he was part of the Italian team which finished eighth in the Olympic tournament. He played all five matches.
Four years later he finished ninth with the Italian team in the 1980 Olympic tournament. He played all five matches again.
At the 1984 Games he was a member of the Italian team which won the bronze medal in the Olympic tournament. He played three matches.
