Who is Francis Gurry?
Francis Gurry is an Australian national and the fourth and current Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization. He is also Secretary-General of the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants. Gurry previously served as a Deputy Director General of WIPO from 2003 to 2008.
