Who was Francis O'Leary?
Francis Aloysius O'Leary MBE was a Roman Catholic priest and missionary who founded the St Joseph's Hospice Association, an international network of hospices known as Jospice. O'Leary was awarded the membership in Order of the British Empire in 1996.
