Who is Frank A. Natoli?

Frank A. Natoli is the CEO and Founder of Natoli-Lapin, LLC, the Home of Lantern Legal Services in New York City. Natoli is well known as an American Business and Intellectual Property attorney and as a grassroots serial entrepreneur.

Natoli was born in Newark, New Jersey and grew up in Wood-Ridge New Jersey, just a short distance from New York City. Prior to founding LanternLegal.com, Natoli operated FDL Enterprises, Inc., one of the first US commercial trading operations in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam after years of restriction. He created a thriving wholesale liquidator import / export company with offices in New York City and Ho Chi Minh City as well as many entrepreneurial ventures including a funeral home in Passaic, NJ and a nightclub on the New Jersey shore, among others.

Natoli also spent two years as the Programme Director for The Economist Newspaper Group. In that position he gathered experts including Global 100 executives and government officials to participate in events on a wide range of topics including Corporate Governance, Latin America, Human Resources and the Airline and Automotive Industries.

Prior to launching his practice, Natoli worked for a large international law firm and then decided to combine his talents and to focus his career on small business entrepreneurship.
