Who is Frank Cignetti, Sr.?
Frank Cignetti, Sr. is a former American football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at West Virginia University from 1976 to 1979 and at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, compiling a career college football record of 199–77–1. Cignetti led the IUP Indians to the title game of the NCAA Division II National Football Championship in 1990 and 1993. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame as a coach in 2013.
