Who is Frank Klotz?

Frank G. Klotz, is a former United States Air Force Lieutenant General who last served as the commander of Air Force Global Strike Command, Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. The newly activated command assumed control of US Air Force's Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missiles, B-2 and B-52 bombers, with General Klotz assuming responsibility for organizing, training, equipping and maintaining these capabilities. On April 8, 2014, Klotz was confirmed as the Department of Energy Under Secretary of Energy for Nuclear Security and Administrator for the National Nuclear Security Administration.
