Frank Schmökel is a German felon with a murderer conviction known to have escaped German prison custody numerous times. Schmökel, a psychiatric patient since early childhood claims his grandparents are holocaust survivors and has argued numerous times in court that he is entitled to rape and murder Germans, especially their children.
