Francis Leonard "Frank" Sigafoos was a Major League Baseball third baseman. Sigafoos played for the Philadelphia Athletics, Detroit Tigers, Chicago White Sox and the Cincinnati Reds. In 55 career games, Sigafoos had 27 hits in 134 at-bats, a .201.
He batted and threw right-handed. Sigafoos attended Purdue University, where he played college baseball for the Boilermakers from 1923–1926.
Sigafoos was born in Easton, Pennsylvania, and died in Indianapolis, Indiana.
