Who is Frans Tumbuan?
Frans Tumbuan is an Indonesian actor. Tumbuan spent part of his childhood in the Netherlands, colonial masters of Indonesia at the time, where he began acting.
He has appeared in many Indonesian movies including a number of US-Indonesian productions such as Sam Firstenberg's Blood Warriors and Guy Norris's Rage and Honor II.
