Who was Franz C. Kuhn?
Franz C. Kuhn was born in Detroit on February 8, 1872. After graduating from the University of Michigan, he began practicing law in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. He was elected Macomb County prosecuting attorney in 1898. He also was a probate judge and became the Michigan Attorney General in 1910. In 1912, Kuhn was appointed to the Michigan Supreme Court. After leaving the court in 1919, he finished his career as the president of the Michigan Bell Telephone Company. He died on June 16, 1926.
