Who is Fred Dugan?
John Frederick Dugan is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League for the San Francisco 49ers, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Washington Redskins. He played college football at the University of Alabama and University of Dayton and was drafted in the seventh round of the 1957 NFL Draft. Dugan was also selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the 1960 NFL Expansion Draft.
