Who was Friedrich Wilhelm of Limburg?

Friedrich Wilhelm of Limburg, count of Limburg and Bronckhorst was the sixth son of Otto of Limburg.

He married in 1683 Lucia d'Aylva and they had seven children:

Otto II of Limburg, count of Limburg and Bronckhorst;

Albert Dominicus of Limburg and Bronckhorst, born in 1686, and died in Portugal in 1704:

Friedrich Heinrich of Limburg and Bronckhorst, born 1689, died 1740;

Leopold of Limburg and Bronckhorst, who married in 1722 Helene de Haze;

Maria Anna of Limburg and Bronckhorst, born 1688 and died 1759;

Sophie Charlotte. She married in 1727 Jan Karel van Lynden d'Aspremont; and

Eleonore, born in 1697 and died 1769.

Friedrich Wilhem died in 1724.
