Who is Gay Hamilton?

Gay Hamilton is a Scottish actress. Her filmography notably includes Stanley Kubrick's Barry Lyndon and Ridley Scott's The Duellists. In the late 1960s/early 1970s, she was love interest and later wife of Detective Chief Superintendent John Watt in the TV series Softly, Softly and its Taskforce spin-off. She played the wife of Anton Zoref in the 1974 Space: 1999 episode "Force of Life". She more recently played Edwina Dunn in EastEnders and Maisie McLintock in Doctors.
