Who is Giandomenico Mesto?

Giandomenico Mesto is an Italian footballer, currently playing for Napoli of the Italian Serie A. Known for his pace, Mesto usually plays as wing-back.

Mesto has spent the majority of his career at Reggina, until he was loaned out to Udinese during the 2007–08 season.

Mesto appeared in the Italian under-21 national team which won the UEFA European under-21 Championship in 2004, and was a member of the Under-23's Olympic squad which won the bronze medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. Afterwards, he made his international debut a year later. He has three caps so far.
