Giorgio Razzoli

Who is Giorgio Razzoli?

Giorgio Razzoli was born in Reggio Emilia on 20 April 1968. He holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of Modena. He lives in Modena and is a professional accountant and auditor.

He has been working since 1994 on tax and corporate consulting services. He is statutory auditor for joint-stock companies, an arbitrator, and a party-appointed expert witness. He collaborates with primary insurance companies, acting as trustee in the fields of law and taxation.

He has been auditor-general for the Company of the Diritto allo Studio and member of the Board of Directors of University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. He is a member of the Study Commission on Corporate Law at the Institute of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Modena.

He has been Director of the Hera Group since 31 December 2005, as well as Vice Chairman since 16 January 2006. He has been a member of the national Executive Committee of Confservizi since 14 May 2007, with tasks in the areas of corporate affairs and fiscal planning.
