Who is Gloria Amon Nikoi?
Gloria Amon Nikoi was the Ghanaian foreign minister in 1979 under the Armed Forces Revolutionary Council government. As of 2007, she is the only lady to hold this position. She is also a career diplomat. In addition, she is the widow of Dr. Amon Nikoi, a former governor of the Bank of Ghana and also a former finance minister.
