The Greenbrier Ghost is the name popularly given to the alleged ghost of a young woman in Greenbrier County, West Virginia, United States, who was murdered in 1897. The woman was declared as murdered by her husband by the court, after it heard the testimony of the victim's mother, who had argued that her daughter's spirit appeared to tell the truth behind her death.
