Greg Rice

Who is Greg Rice?

Greg Rice is Purkinje's Chief Financial Officer. He is a CPA and an Attorney with experience in a variety of

accounting, corporate finance, and legal roles. Prior to earning his

graduate degrees, Greg held a number of financial management positions

including serving as Corporate Treasurer at CCC Information Services in

Chicago, IL. Greg served as Director of Project Management and

Administrative Affairs at Exelon Thermal Technologies in Chicago and as

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Electric City Corporation, a

publicly-traded manufacturer of energy conservation and demand

management products based in Elk Grove, IL. In these roles he

restructured business lines to improve efficiency, negotiated major

corporate financings, and managed acquisitions. Greg received a

bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of Idaho and an MBA

and JD at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
