Who was Gunther E. Rothenberg?
Gunther Erich Rothenberg was an internationally known military historian, best known for his publications on the Hapsburg military and Napoleonic Wars. He had a fifteen-year military career, as a British Army soldier in World War II, a Haganah officer in the 1948 Arab–Israeli War, and in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
