Héctor Campos Parsi was a Puerto Rican composer. He studied at the New England Conservatory with Francis Judd Cooke, he also studied with Paul Hindemith. In Tanglewood he studied with Oliver Messiaen and Aaron Copland and in France with Nadia Boulanger.
